When: 26/27 School YearJoin PTO Board Member, Lauren, to create the yearbook for the school year. Duties include collaborating to plan the vision of the yearbook, collect and take photos as needed, design and complete the yearbook then organize and distribute the finished books.

When: 26/27 School YearWork with PTO Board Member, Lauren and committee Chair Emily Behrin, to continue this wonderful new committee that shows our staff love throughout the school year. Monthly meetings and availability during the school day are a requirement. Looking for people with creative ideas and project management skills.
Maintain the lost and found by organizing items, look for identifiers to return to students or staff members and help with donating during specified times of year.
When: August 2026Work with PTO Board Members, to keep this longstanding tradition alive. Looking for a coordinator and committee members who want to help come up with new ideas and ways to make this breakfast as special as it can be!
When: September 2026Work with PTO Board Members, to organize this fun event. This is always a special day for our students and our largest fundraiser of the year! We need a coordinator and a committee to organize, set up and run this much anticipated event.
When: October 2026Work with PTO Board Members, to organize this fun event. Volunteer opportunities include hosting a trunk and / or donating candy or trinkets to be given out during the event.
When: Fall/Winter 2026Work with PTO Board Member, Amanda, to help facilitate one the students’ favorite events of the year! Seeking a co-coordinator who can help oversee the shop. Duties include organizing and pricing items, shop set-up, coordinating day of volunteers and day of support.
When: February 2027Work with Elaine Kraft and Josh Stewart, to help plan and execute this adults only event for our Runyon community. Duties include securing donations, teacher experiences, raffle items and creating the silent auction site. You will also get to help plan the theme and brainstorm ways to make this night as fun as possible.
When: Spring 2027Join PTO Board Members, to organize and plan this wonderful family event. Looking for a coordinator and committee who will plan the snacks, decorations, activities and music for this memorable evening.
